Our Sanitary Titanium 180° Return Bend is manufactured from high purity Gr1 and Gr2 titanium, available in seamless and welded construction, with tri-clamp or buttweld connection options. The inner surface adopts mirror polishing treatment with roughness Ra ≤0.4μm, and the dead-zone free hygienic design avoids material residue and bacterial growth.
Fully compliant with ASME BPE sanitary standard, this titanium return bend supports repeated CIP and SIP cleaning & sterilization cycles. It features outstanding corrosion resistance against chloride, weak acid and organic medium, non-toxic and biocompatible without contaminating process fluid.
