TC4 Titanium Alloy 45° Elbow Lightweight High Strength for Aerospace Exhaust Piping

Our titanium 45° elbows are manufactured from Gr1, Gr2, Gr7, Gr12 and TC4 titanium alloy, complying with ASTM B363, ASME B16.9 and ASME BPE standards. Available in seamless and welded types, long radius (1.5D) / short radius (1D).
Sanitary versions adopt mirror polishing, passivation treatment, smooth inner wall without dead corners, supporting CIP/SIP cleaning, widely used in pharmaceutical, biotech, food and high-purity water systems.
Industrial titanium 45 bends feature outstanding corrosion resistance against chloride, acid and seawater, ideal for chemical, offshore, marine, power and aerospace piping. We support custom sizes, wall thickness, tri-clamp / buttweld ends, pickling, polishing and anodizing.
